The thing is I'm using contextual advertising a lot for my cpa campaigns. My question is:

I have a offer I KNOW converts very good on Mediatraffic, the only thing is that the offer doesn't allow contextual advertising. Is there any way this can be hidden so they don't know where the traffic comes from? A little grey-hat I know, but heck...I'm sending them targeted signups...

They list the following on the offer:

    Channels of promotion allowed:
    Banners
    Pop-ups
    Text links
    Email
    Email-Newsletter

So, basically I want to use contextual but kinda disguise it as one of the above methods...

    Anyone?

    :)

Is putting a banner of an internet provider on a website or board which has telecommunication as topic not contextual advertising? Or buying popups on this site? Okay, doing adware advertising is bad. ;)

If you use prosper or tracking 202: Just enable the "cloaked links" setting. Then the traffic gets refered through a meta-refresh which gives the merchant a blank referer for most of the user agents. You can add also another security layer by directing the traffic through 2 different sites with meta-refresh redirection.
