If we hier a content write. There are many in the forum and in the market. How can we confirm that the content/article he is writing for me is not copied from other websites? and he is writing me unique content not by copying from others.

You can use copyscape/quetext/grammarly premium to check with plagiarism quality.
Small SEO Tools provide for free but the results are not as accurate as the above mentioned one's
 
+1 copyscape. the premium version is cheap to use and you can paste the whole article into it.

There are ways to beat copyscape but its not easy, and CS is a great place to start for checking plagerism
 
Once the content is delivered to you, put it in the Copyscape premium to check for plagiarism.

Check with Copyscape and analyze the content quality manually too.

Copyscape is super cheap. It's far better than other alternatives like Grammarly Plagiarism Checker and Quetext. If you want to go the free yet somehow sketchy route, you can try Text.ru.
 
You can confirm that the content/article he is writing for you is not copied from other websites by Copyscape and also check the content manually whether it adds value to your visitor's!

Maybe you should use your content writer to post on BHW.

I can see that very carefully. It was a spelling mistake. and when I noticed editing time was already gone. it doesn't mean you start posting like this.

QueText and CopyScape are both good options.

In addition to using a plagiarism checker, using a grammar-checking software, such as Grammarly, is something I’d recommend you do as well, this way, you can gauge the quality of your writer as well. :)
