• Dispute Summary: User is selling 100 IPs as plan but never got even a single IP. The system is so complex and support is too bad to guide on anything. When I tried to use the API to see how it can integrate with our system but all 100 IPs were consumed and I did not even get access to any. The details are missing. It clearly sounds like a scam. It looks like when you request any IP, you have to use it right away, if you request more without using the previous then previous will be vanished. I did not get any chance to use any of the IP, I have no idea where are the IPs I paid for.
• Evidence of the Issue: You can see that I have no access to any IP in below screenshots. I tried to contact the chat support, they take a lot of time to respond and always keep me in the loop for example, ask same questions again and again, later ask for the detail but what detail!!!??? There is no intention to solve the problem but just waste the time. It is a SCAM for sure. There is no use case of such IPs which can be used immediately and wont be available after a few second or a few minutes. If they have weird such service, it should have been mentioned clearly on the sales page.

@9Proxy Official - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for continuing to conduct business and refusing to resolve or respond to this dispute.

I have been on my weekend break, apologies.

After discussions within staff, it was decided that @9Proxy Official would be given a final chance after they posted what we deemed to be a satisfactory explanation of their conduct during this dispute.

However, it is very much a final chance. One more warning and they will be banned and will not be allowed back, and this thread will be kept open for anyone else who has issues with them.
