I'm looking for a program that will automatically grab news from other cryptocurrency sites and post it to my WordPress website (as pending), I would handle all the backend categorizing, etc. Let me know if anyone knows a program that can accomplish this!

really easy to do with python, if no spinning required.

Scrape the desired content, paraphrase with google PEGASUS, use xml_rpc to automatically post to WordPress.

Right, or just use wordpress api to post to your site directly.
