Content Writing Advice

Hey Guys,
I wounder if anyone can give some advice, My mum is out of work due to illness, she is a full time nurse, but as she has no work at the moment and is looking for a extra income from home.
I told her about content writing for some extra money and she liked the idea of that and agreed to give it ago.
Where would be the best place to start? she is a nurse and has been for 21 years, so she would be more happy with health related content. My mum is English and had a good good grammar.
Does anyone recommend anywhere to start her off, and get her first few articles on the road?
