Content Writer / Agency Recommendations?

Hello fellow BHW'ers.

A colleague of mine asked me to suggest to him a content writer / a content writing team-agency for his Tech company.

I have some freelancers, but I'm not confident in them enough to recommend to someone else. Also, Fiverr and Upwork are hit and miss.

Can someone suggest someone content writers/content writing agencies, on here who you've seen positive results with?

The articles will be about technology and will need to be about 1000-1500 words each
The quantity of articles could be up to 20 per month.

There is a budget and this is absolutely long term.

Any guidance towards reputable writers would be great.
