Just follow any onpage SEO guide.

You can find plenty of resources, here and on Google.

However, the bottom line is to include a keyword around your post sections (meta, heading, content, etc).

Once the onpage is set and done, then it comes to your website's ranking and niche competition how fast and how high it will rank.

• Write unique content, don't copy from others
• Provide valuable information
• Provide quality content
• Write long content (1000+ words)

• Try to answer all possible questions, that may come into users mind
• Use useful headings and sub-headings
• Use LSI keywords
• Write CTA sentences
• Check the plagarism
• Check the spelling
• Check the grammar
• Write meta title
• Write meta description
• Avoid keyword stuffing
• Use short paragraphs, bullet points, numbers
• Check the readability
• Follow the Google guideline to avoid penalty (PANDA) etc.
