Content uploading to multiple Wordpress blogs

I'm creating many websites which need content uploaded to them (about 15 -20 posts per blog), the post must contain pictures and be well formatted when viewed. It can be fetched from other sites BUT must be unique (properly rewritten) -- You must be really good at English , I prefer freelancers who are comfortable with Wordpress but I can teach you how to do that.

If you give me the content I can upload it on WordPress easily either need to rewritten through tool then I can do the task but I can't rewrite any content.
