Content Syndication - What is it and is it safe?

Hi All,

I recently came across a 'content syndication service' on iwritter (not affiliated) and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it and what exactly it is or does for you?

Is it also safe to do with no downsides, for example;

- is it possible for being penalised by google for using this type of service?
- Duplicate content issues with google?

What would be the most effetcive way of using this service?

Op that is like 2015 thing, It's similar to PR. Find something else, better not do it in 2020.
