One thing I’ve noticed is that short reels get way more visibility than regular posts or images on my pages. Even simple, low-effort reels seem to perform better. If you’re struggling with reach, you might want to test reels seems like Facebook is pushing them hard.or what's your own thought?

Yesterday, I finally tested reeels, and yes, I agree... there, at least some people viewed my post as with normal posts I barely get any eyeballs.
Will test more as anyway i use shorts for tiktok and YT so will use on FB as well and see how it goes.

You’re right Facebook is definitely pushing reels right now. I’ve seen the same on my side too. Even simple reels get more reach than regular posts. Their algorithm seems to prioritize short, engaging video content, so testing more reels is a smart move.

yes bro, short videos are always easier to attract viewers and retain them, while images are mainly for brand promotion.

Totally short reels get more push now. The algorithm favors video content especially quick, snackable stuff.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same thing. Reels really get pushed way more than normal posts lately. Even the simple ones with basic text or quick clips usually outperform photos.

For me, reels work because Facebook wants people to stay watching videos, so the algorithm boosts them a lot. I still mix regular posts and images, but if you’re aiming for reach, reels are definitely the easiest way to get more eyes on your page.

As far as I can see, Reels get more views initially, but in the long run it depends on audience response. Meta they are prioritizing video, but try different ways to collect data to decide which format works for your site.

Absolutely right. I also see that short videos are prioritized, even though sometimes they are very simple to make, but the number of views is still much higher than photos or normal posts. Facebook seems to be pushing users to post short videos very strongly.

Yes Meta is pushing Reels to compete with TikTok. So stay on it can post it daily. The hashtag and keyword will help you a lot

Nowadays, almost any social network gives preference to video content. For this reason, Facebook is no exception. Since I started posting videos, my engagement has skyrocketed

People don’t want to sit and watch a long video, they just want a quick summary of your message.

Yeah, FB is definitely pushing reels right now even basic ones get boosted. If reach is the goal, posting short reels consistently usually performs way better than static images.

reels are getting the most reach at the moment because it also depends on user behavior. they scroll reels more, stay longer, so facebook will focus on promoting to retain viewers. in my opinion, we should take advantage of reels to open files, then push long content or convert, so the quality of files on the page is much more stable

Image posts are often more focused on branding, while short videos will attract better engagement and reach.

You could try mixing in quick, eye catching reels regularly sometimes even small, fun clips outperform your most polished static posts.

Yes, that’s consistent short reels get higher reach because Facebook is prioritizing video content, especially short, engaging clips, over static posts.

Yeah correct but short valuable post are also getting good reach

I feel like Facebook really pushes reels now, posting more short videos is the simplest way to get more reach.

Success on Facebook requires an optimal combination: Pages are the core platform for maintaining consistent branding and running ads, ensuring large display range and precise targeting. To optimize Pages, Short Videos are the most strongly prioritized format for free reach growth and audience retention. At the same time, Groups play an essential role in nurturing deep engagement and building loyalty, taking advantage of the algorithm's community-first trend. In short: Use Short Videos on Pages to increase organic reach and serve as a foundation for Ads, then use Groups to convert members into loyal customers.
