I think I've download one before from here.. can't remember the link tho
 
you need to install the software in your own server.... and define you pass ... I've been playing with it sometime, it can produce a totally new article to avoid dupe content.
 
Anyone have any experience with this? I installed it and played with it for awhile. I guess it might have some value, but it doesn't scrape many articles for small niches. It might be good for rewriting articles, but nothing beats a human rewriter.
