can I scrape embed videos from putlocker or other related sites to my sites. I will not be hosting any videos on my sites. is that illegal?

No its not illegal but you are doing it wrong, scrape links and put it in your own account and then post links.

Can you plz more how would I post the links into my account and repost it in my own account? Wouldn't that be illegal then? which service is out there which allows me to post full video links?

YOu can scrape and autopost to your website and a bit of work like content rewriter and some thing which will make it unique.

its not illegal as long as you give credit to your source
movie streaming itself is illegal. And you say it is not illegal when you give credit to your source...premierdesigns
