Content scheduling tool: looking for the right app

So I am building a serious campaign around a big upcoming project, and was wondering if there was a tool that did everything I want.
So I currently use buffer for:
Facebook
LinkedIn
Tweeter
Instagram
Pinterest

I also use IFTTT for blogger, Wordpress.com, and tumblr, but this only allows me to share content already shared on other channels

is there an app like buffer that will also allow me to schedule unique posts to blogger, Wordpress, and tumblr, AND my social channels? If not the social channels, at least something for just the other sites.

I’m building campaigns, and landing my content out across all my networks, and don’t just want the same content being shared on my web2s and such.

For social media I think there is hootsuite.com

Had something like this custom made because I didn't found a standard solution.
