It can be used to promote your stuff or gain views n watch hours but it won't be monetized, So if you are looking to make money on youtube using content samurai then it's a big NOOOOO...

I've seen quite a few channels that use it that are monitized. They all do or pay others to do the voiceover though.

It is great for making videos, and and awesome text to voice software. However the free trial no longer offer free text to voice due to the overuse by people abusing the free trial version and it now includes a watermark.
