Content ripping

I was wondering, hypothetically, what happens when you rip content off of old blogs? Anyone has any experience doing this. I know of course the copywrite issues but what about abandoned content?

Any other blackhat techniques to look for to start pumping content?

I can't use any of the buying services here(not English site), which I reckon use some sort of technique to deliver content at these cheap rates.

Perhaps if you restored it as an Archive. I wouldn't risk outright copy paste for your own site, not without spinning it at least. Even if the domain is expired it is still owned by the copyright holder.

Hire a native speaker. All cool.

If you mean expired content by abandoned content. Then it's not a problem using them as long as they are plagiarism passed. Rewrite some to make it more readable. Or use google translate to get the content on your desired language. And rewrite some again.
