Content Rich Doorway Question -- Low competition niche -- Would it work?

I hear content rich doorway pages are not allowed by google. However there needs to be a manual complaint done by someone in order for a door way page to be taken down.
I have a website which ranks okish in SERP.

Please enlighten me if...i make something like...
Just for example i get a Ur.l...
Icecreamshopmelbourne .. for a icecream shop in melbourne

and i make a complete website with 10 subdomains...all of them have new unique content...however.. I place just one anchor in every page which links to my existing website..
So basically...like all doorway pages i make one...but not a 301...i make a CONTENT RICH Doorway page...

I am 100% sure noone in my low competition niche will report the site.
I do business in the part of a world where a lot of people do search online for my business but noone in my business actually has a good website...

What is the probablity that such a page could be taken down or worse my main website will be taken down for this doorway page ?

If you are going legit with a business in mind then this strategy will not work, If this is only for lead generation only then it would be fine.

instead of 10 sub domains you can get 5 good domains with good amount of posts. it will really boost a lot.

Doorway pages can work for a brief moment in time. If you going for a massive churn and burn and expect the site to be hit... go for it! If not separate sites would be better.
