i want to post same content on blogger, wordpress and Quora
my question is this content Google will be calculated as a duplicate content ?

I don't think it should be considered as duplicate content. you can post the same content if you mention the source name of the post.

By using the same content won't help to get traffic, but it will help to show the online presence.

Google loves original content, IMO, it will consider it as a duplicate content only. Why don't you post unique content? Spend some time to write your own content and post it. Unique one always works best and helps to drive massive traffic. If you use same content means, the readers won't visit anymore.

If Google reads same content then it assumes as a duplicate. Always using the unique and quality contents would be a better idea.

I think it wont be worth doing...You can post some Keyword optimized Good Quality Contents to the blogs which are Purely handwritten and unique. It give good feedback to your site and keywords.
