content plan needed for for niche site. educational videos, training videos, product reviews, product comparisons, etc. This is the beginning of a VERY low competition niche that i'm super excited for. I need help, however, coming up with the articles to write and in which order to write them. My budget is NOT large, and I'm open to negotiation on a small up front fee, and a % of revenue coming from the site once it begins ranking on top of the up front cost of the content plan.
