Hello, fellow Blackhatters.

I am in the process of writing some articles for my new micro niche website. I have been reading up a lot on optimization so I can get this new site to rank. I have also been reading a few mixed opinions on some techniques so I was wondering your thoughts.

I have a chosen keyword that I am targeting and my main page will have a 2600 word article with this focus keyword. I have kept it at a 1% density and will inbound link it to all the other articles so they are 1 anchored link away from the main page.

I was wondering:

Should the anchor text be an exact match keyword and match the linking URL?

Is it wise to have 10+ articles with my chosen keyword in the title? - All these articles are on different aspects of this niche but are relative to the keyword. They are not repeating information from the other articles and are completely unique to each other with a minimum of 1200 words.

I ideally want this to be a set and forget AdSense website, but know Google favours consistently updated sites. Could this be slightly curbed by adding a forum?

These are 100% unique and lengthy articles which also link out to high PR authoritative sites to provide additional educational information. I am focusing the content on providing a valuable resource and linking to other resources as well. Would it be possible to rank high without the risk of me generating too many backlinks? I prefer to not create any and let them happen organically while monitoring the list and getting low-quality links removed.

Thanks to all who take the time to respond.

When writing content (or all SEO for that matter), most marketers have this idea:

"one size fits all"

No.

First, ALL NICHES ARE DIFFERENT.
Wondering what Kw density to use?

The #1 way you can find out what works in YOUR NICHE is to look at the top 10. Analyse the keyword density manually. investigate the anchor links of the top 10 backlink profile..

This way you will find out what works for your niche

All niches are different, some niches will have a higher density, some require certain words to be used in anchor links and on page SEO.. some niches require social signals to rank better..

My rule:

Google already ranks the most relevant sites in the top 10.

It is fine to have 10+ articles on same keyword with different aspect of that niche. Also You said, they are unique ad not repeating information That is great.
