It becomes difficult to implement though. What if 30 jr.vip have thanks the OP in a post for being so helpful and then the required 5 flag it is unhelpful.

I could see the rollout being tough to implement but I think it is a good idea and would be worth a shot to see how it works.

It could be restricted to even higher ups. ... say jr. vip with 1000 post or whatever ... jr executive team and above ...

Test this system out by having some sort limited release where at first Jr. executive and above use the function and see how it play out.
