I'm dipping my toe back in the PPC/Adwords waters. I've only lost money in the past. I have a simple poll page attached to an email submit freebie offer. Is it ok to just target the content network? I have my bids set to .01 right now and want to go slow.

I've always done polls on content network, i've had much better success there.
Content only? How long does it take usually before they start serving ads once they're approved?
