The straightforward answer will be no, They are not a incentive network. So adding their offers to a content locker will be "incentiveing" their offers.

The black hat answer will be yes you can, Just have to cover your track e.i. Blank/Fake referrer and send them quality traffic as well cause once they get wind of your traffic not converting for the advertiser that blacklisted or banhammer is sure to follow.

Great thanks! So, being a newb, could you direct me to the proper method on here... Or should i
Just apply for a network that allows incentives... ?

My honest advise since you just starting out is to get a feel for the concept first. So I will say go with a content locking network first. The only network i vouch for is adscendmedia but theirs others but I have no experience with them so I wont put my stamp on them.

and once you get a feel for how content locking works then venture off to other means.

As already mentioned, I definitely wouldn't recommend content locking Peerfly offers unless you have some experience.

As the others said, start with an easy network to get into like Adscend, and then once you start generating revenue look for better options to monetize that traffic.
