Content locking with WordPress?

Is it possible to create a content locker with Wordpress?
The user enters the main page of the website, the content shows up briefly (or not even actual site content, i was thinking of using a screenshot of an actual site), only for a second or so, and then a content locker appears, blurring the whole site and telling them to complete an offer to continue.
