Content Locking? Should I do it? [Help]

Completely depends on the content, how big would the desire be to access your content? Can they get it anywhere else for free?

You can try to use content lock for 1 day....and see the results.

If only 2% of your traffic convert and in CPA minimum $0.80 per lead then think how much you get ???

600*0.80 = $480/day

But again its all depend on your content and how desperate visitor to watch that.

You have to do a test, but monitor your rankings at that time, because sometimes the search engines do not like the content lockers (at least locking the homepage). I think its much better to lock some innerpages or posts. No one know the results, because the traffic converting with adsense is not the same as the traffic converting with CPA or locker.

I would do what was previously mentioned by another member. The best way to see what results you will have is to try it for just a day to see your results. I know you'll make more than you're making with AdSense so try it out and see the results for yourself.

An insight of the type of content will give you more options and advises here. Don't rush, but don't reveal the niche, only the type of content.

Yeah, +1 for that, If people can Acess the content anywhere else content locking isn't going to do it, but if your stuff are 100% unique and people really need to acess them, content locking will be the deal of course.

For 30k+ daily visitors 50 pounds from adsense is really bad..

If you ask me, definitely try content locking or something else for few days and see how it will go, for sure you must do better than those 50 pounds now!

If you decide to give content locking a try, the easiest solution is to register yourself at a CPA company like AWM and grab their content locker code and put on your site. That way you will not need to deal with purchasing locking scripts, setting them up, adding offers manually and etc... If things go well with content locking and you wish to expand then go with any of the custom hosted scripts as they give you more power and flexibility

Using a content locker will definitely help your conversion rates and increase your earnings. One thing to keep in mind is that if you apply your own content locker opposed to a networks you will be able to hide where your traffic is coming from which is important. It's your traffic you need to protect it.

Great information; tweaked Adsense a little bit and i'm earning more but I'll be trying out content locking in the future for deffo.

Cheers guys.
