I'm interested in hearing about how some of you have or might go about content locking porn

I know there's the BHCB, but what offers would be best to use? Incent? E-mail Subs?

would anyone dare to use say AdscendMedia or another content locking site, obviously you couldn't directly upload or content lock porn, but you could password lock an RAR and put a readme file in place so that the user has to go unlock the password to get their download...I'm wondering though if any company would be okay with this, obviously faked referrers would be involved as well, that happy stuff, but does one foresee having an account banned doing it like this? Someone could potentially report it....I guess on the other hand, anyone could report anything to an advertiser anyway, referrer faked, or not.

    Thoughts?

Personally, I wouldn't try to content lock porn

For the simple reason that when people go searching for porn online, they're normally typing with one hand ;) - I can't speak for everyone, but I sure as hell wouldn't stop to fill in a quick survey when there is about a trillion pages of free porn on the web to use instead.

But if you still want to give it a go, try blam ads, they have adult offers and they're pretty flexible with traffic sources.

Porn converts way better than anything else. Just make sure the title is hot ...... And talk to your AM too .... Some networks have content lockers with blank refferers, so you can content lock pretty much anything ...

The power of the chicks .... :saeek::saeek::saeek:

I put one niche file up, and got around 620 downloads on wupload, was thinking if I content locked it at even 5 percent conversions, that'd been like 30-60 bucks for a video...possibly

It works...but you have to make visitors believe you have something they can't just find for free with a couple clicks. Niche HD works great if you get the right traffic and use offers that are 1st or 2nd page submits.

Get membership at premium HD websites, download their porn and upload on your website for HD viewing and content lock it... market it properly and boom your conversions will skyrocket. There is the slight chance that Brazzers might sue you though but oh well? Don't rank on the same keywords as them so they won't find you :p. But personally, I wouldn't do it because all porn follows a general guideline and it can get quite boring. The free porn websites offer much better options for me personally.

I guess the .rar method with passworded archives would work. The reffers would be blank though as the .html file would be in a folder and they would have to direct click it. I wonder if that's fine for the networks. I mean how else would you promote passwords for locked archives...

Speaking for Adscend, we're not ok with that method and we would eventually find out.

you'd send them to a site that redirects to the offer, so the referrer wouldn't be blank.....(you'd have to make the site that's redirecting to the offer look like a site that's innocent and is legitimately promoting something along the lines of passwords for maybe WOW accounts being sold, or a password to an e-book that you own or have copyrights to, or something of that nature. (Think CPA-R)

The only way I could see any affiliate network finding out, adscend media included, is if you didn't fake/blank properly,
or someone came across your content (possibly the owner of said content) and followed your link to whatever affiliate company you were doing this with, then they'd have to e-mail them and tell them about it.
Or I guess a 3rd way is if an AM from one of these networks just so happen to get lucky enough to find you while they were busy fappin' on your site, lol.
4th way I would guess conversions being pretty high, that's an easy remedy with some cheap traffic.

Either way, I dunno if it'd be a long-term viable black hat method, most aren't anyway. I would think there'd be at least one way to content lock porn though.....

Anyone ever tried Bee4.Biz? They might be good for doing such things with?
