Hello everyone,

I just started CPA/PPD + Youtube a couple days ago and have made around $15. Right now just about all my videos are #1 for their respective niches. I am getting good traffic to my landing pages but my conversion percentage is only around 10%.

At the moment, when the user reaches my landing page I have it content locked on arrival so that they have to complete an offer to continue and from there they have to click a link to an external website.

My first question is, should I be content locking the link instead? Also, if I should keep the content locker on the page should I change the landing page to include something more appealing in the background? That way I convert better?

All help and other suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts?

You could use a referral script so they have to refer let's say 5 people before they enter the site. Then it will reveal the download link which will take them to a survey to get the file.

That is just a thought though and it may not comply with the PPD/CPA network rules so I would check first if you are going to do this. Using this method will also increase the backlinks to the landing page.

Good luck :)

Thats a good idea, but since I'm so new to the method I'd like to keep it simple and improve the method i'm already using than to change it completely. Any other suggestions?

I could really use some other suggestions, my conversion rate is stuck around 8% right now...

Maybe find a better content locker? A lot of times conversion rates matter on looks of the landing page

I understand that, but with CPAGrip, I can change the landing page any way I want. So like I stated above, do you know of any examples of must have features on a landing page? Thanks.

Hi, create a folder 'download' or whatever the name you like to use - then create a password protected zip file then 'passowrd' text file. In the text file have the PPD link to get the password. Now, put those mentioned two files inside the download folder the zip it. Let the users download this file freely and you'll see the conversion improves... PM me if it does;)

Hmmm I'm not sure if I understand correctly... is there an easier way to explain or possibly PMing me a picture that helps explain it a little better?

I believe what he's saying is: instead of making your referred traffic go through the unlocking process initially, just let them download the file you're trying to make them download while keeping it (the zipped file) password protected - and within the downloaded package you should include a password.txt file (usually people will look at it and think the password for the file is there and open it) , there you'll have them go to do you PPI, PPD, CPA etc offers to get the password for the zipped file.

I also believe this will increase your conversions a lot because people wont find a hassle in performing your "some how complex to them" task initially.

If you need any landpages created , tell me! I'm a graphic designer! :)
