    Hi!

Okay, I want to create a few blogger blogs, around two or three for now, then lock the entire blog using a Content Locker.
Am I able to do this? And without raising any flags?

Also, which CPA Network should I join? Preferably one that has easy submission but it must have Paypal as a payout option.
    I'll happily use anyone's reflink.

    Thanks!

You could shoot for FileIce (this is a PPD network I know) or adworkmedia.

They are both legit companies and payout on time.

Blogger can detect content lockers, they'll disable your blog right after you put one up. Maybe there's a way around it, but I don't know it.
