Content locking and website help please

Hello i just got into content locking one week ago. I am using cpa leads for there content locker and i am making content on iweb(which is not looking too good). I basically need to find out where i can make a website easily for content locking. Also i have 300 dollars to invest in this and i am really trying to get into it . What tips would you give me as a beginner and what methods should i use to start making some actual income .
