For my website to work, I will need the page to relock after the page has be refreshed is this possible?

And what networks use this method?

Interesting, what networks allows this method..... The network i am on does not have this option for content locking.

We offer the ability to change how long you want the page unlocked. You can set this to 1 minute on AdGate Media - would that work for you?

You could go with a self hosted content locker such as Content Lock Pro which will allow you to set options such as this.
