A client of mine gets most of his organic traffic from the Philippines

Anyone know of a content locker program that accepts that GEO's traffic?

IF that's the case you should be looking for offers which will take worldwide traffic tier 3 or so. Look for that in leading CPA locking networks all over the place and that's it. But be expect to get paid peanuts for that, I hope you understand, maybe some local affilate programs ? Depending on your niche for sure.

Tier 3 traffic mostly sh** I even had a game popular on PH, india and singapore and only earned 10 dollars for thousand of traffic.
