Content Locker questions, i need help, please!?

I want to load the gateway when a image is clicked not when the page loads. Then once they go through a gateway i want that image to be redirected to another website.

I have a clickable image on my website that is redirecting to another website i just want to put content locker on it and once they feel out the offer i want it to be redirected to another link..

So what do i do?

I understand that this might have somthing to do with it

and it says to use that code and Edit your gateway and set the Start Delay to -1

I dont know where to edit the html in my gateway html because it i dont see anywhere where it says start delay...
