Content Locker Question (with WP)

Has anyone used http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ with either Mighty Content Locker or Content Locker Pro.

I noticed that WP Download Manager has "Action based" logic included, but its relegated to emails and facebook likes.

What I like about WP Download Manager is the integrated billing, and download throttling for files.

it works well with Content Lock Pro i never tried Mighty Content Locker so i can't be sure about it but i am sure it works with CLP
