Content Locker Question- Adscend Media

Hey guys completely new to Content Lockers and CPA in general. Just been doin it the old fashioned way with click bank and vendor adverts. Now when you initially get accepted into adscendmedia are content lockers made available to you right away? When I browse their offers I don't see any such category as content lockers. All the offers simply give your standard affiliate link. Or do I need to get some kind of plugin to make a CL?

Go to Tools/Content Gateway. And also, File Locker is there too, in tools. What are you promoting if it's not a secret?
