Content locker Plugin?

So over the few 3 weeks i managed to get 10k+ followers on Instagram and i want to this giveaway method ,but i am looking for a WordPress plugin or maybe even a theme where the visitor of the site needs to like my facebook page or tag a friend and only if they do this action they can enter their e-mail? And also when i gather this email how can i send them all a specific email example: [hi (username), unfortunaly you didn't win....]so that it will automaticaly will fill in the username
