Yes, simply copy&paste the code right before the </head> tags.

the problem is when i do it.. wordpress says that java script in not enabled.. and i can't find any way to get that working...

i think java is disabled on the free wordpress blogs.

I haven't made my first CPA site, so now I can't get a free wordpress blog to install a content locker? What is the usual way to set up a site?

The usual way is to get the website developed, buy a domain, buy hosting for the domain (Hostgator has a $0.01 coupon for your first month of hosting) then set the website up under that domain.

for cheap maybe try 000webhost.com? u can install wp on it with a click. but remember it free so don't believe your site stay up all time.
