Is there anyway to get rid of that dude in the corner who comes in talking when the locker pops up?

I am new to CPA and trying something with a new domain I have.

I guess since the name got **** out, it starts with C and ends with DS, I read the rules and didnt see anywhere that says I couldnt post the name.
