Content Locker Cpabuild

I created a content locker on Cpabuild and brought in a lot of traffic (bht method) but I didn't get any lead. Some visitors have told me that after the survey is completed or the application is installed, they still do not reach the final file. I have lp, can anyone tell me what could be?
