Content Locker + CPA

Hi, folks.
I've been trying to spam a guide, written by me, in my country posting on Facebook groups and commenting on FB pages and YouTube video that I thought could can generate traffic. Since now it seems to be a not-so-good idea since I had couple of views but no very few clicks.

I would kindly ask to some expert in here if there's something they would suggest to try. In my country FB has no competitor at all. Should I try with Instagram (other good traffic source here) or messing with urls in there is going to just get me banned?

It's not an ebook. It's a guide, content locked by couple of cpa offers after 4 second. Just to get people the feeling that it's not a scam.
