Content locker change by geolocation?

Hi there, I think there is such thing but I can't find it throughout the forums.

I got quite a few clicks but no leads so far, Yep i know i need to redirect useless traffic. However I remember there is some way to automatically change content locker based on user's location?

Is there any solution or any provider who have this functionality built in?
