Content Locker Affiliate?

I am trying to find a content locker network that is NOT adult affiliated, pays out per week and has been around for awhile. So far I've found CPAGrip. Are there any others?

I also have questions about how these work, do you just paste the code on a page?
Do they work with mobiles?
Are the rates per sign up or per 1,000?
Are there any special rules?
Does Paypal frown upon this sort of activity?
If Paypal does, what should I go with instead?
