Content lock website

I want to start my first black hat SEO project; a content lock website.
This is my plan;

♦ Find a populair product that just has been released / will release soon
♦ Find a domain like this; freeproduct.c*o*m* / winfreeproduct.c*o*m
♦ Design a image that looks like a website where you can play a lottery for free and win the product
♦ Buy domain and host, and put the image on the website.
♦ Put content lock on it

♦ Build SEO, getting first place in google when searching for; free product

Is this a good plan for a first project?

Try some social media promotion as well. it may be more effective then SEO
