How many views you need in order for ads to appear? I've uploaded many videos with content id and i never see ads on them.Correct, but if the content is claimed the the uploader gets nothing. It's only split between the parties that have made the claims. In some cases you may get one where it states share revenue of the video with the uploader. Image attached.
What do you mean by getting them played immediately? The method I use to get them to play immediately.
So you're saying that there is a way to have instream/top tier ads running on videos even on low views?Meaning that there isn't a certain threshold that the video has to pass in order to have the in stream ads run. So you won't have to wait till the video hits 10k or above views. Of course if you're monetized you won't have this issue, but most demonetized or not yet monetized channels won't get the "top" tier ads run on their videos unless they hit 100k to a million views. Some video may still only get overlay cards, which are only available via the desktop app.
That's true they make a good money in the YPP while uploading Family Guy videos , but after a week they get demonetized if their channel starts to grow.Yes and high. Even if your video has high views, YouTube will often distrubute them to channels that are already in the YPP. They don't want another adpocalypse for putting content on the wrong channel. That's why you see family guy channels always with 1000+ subscribers in the YPP. They get two to three fold in revenue when they're in the YPP.
