I need to know if it is OK to get content from expired domains, I check for the content in google and copyscape and it is not duplicate and these websites are not indexed anymore.
Is there any issues with seo using this content for my niche site ?
Great source of content. You could create an acknowledgement in the article of where it came from/who wrote it if you are worried about come back or you could just use it.
Yes you can reuse content from an expired domain without issue, just make sure that they aren't used elsewhere. Or you can also try searching the Wayback machine for very old content, and reuse those as well - it's pretty much free content that you can grab for free. Just ensure that they aren't duplicated elsewhere, and it should be fine reusing them.
Sorry I can't post a link, there is a post in BHW showing you how to do this :
search : get-method-to-get-premium-quality-unique-content-in-3-minutes blackhatworld
it should be the first result , title: [GET] Method To Get Premium Quality Unique Content In 3 Minutes by Four Seasons
Check your expired domain in archive.org it will show the old post links so you can take the articles from an expired domain.
But that articles are mostly indexed in google so you have check carefully before use that articles.
If it's not indexed in google you can use it as unique content. Use copyscape that runs the content through google and yahoo to find duplicates. I use that method a lot but more for PBN creation, not MS where I use human writers.
