Has anyone had any issues using content from a penalized and deindexed site on a new site?

Has anyone actually used content from a penalized and deindexed site on a new site and ranked it?

Actually I used expired domain cotent for my money site, 1 month ago, till now, 170++ posts and 0 traffic, dunno whats going on there.

Oh, hey terrycody! I actually forgot to mention this in your thread, but there are websites called churn and burn sites where someone builds a website, spams it with every black hat technique they know, banks from it while it's ranking in Google, lets it get deindexed, and then they copy the content to a new domain. From what I understand, this method still works and the domains get penalised due to the number of black hat techniques thrown at it and not the content since the churn and burner usually waits for the old site to get deindexed (making it "safe" to use the content again now that it isn't associated with the old domain).

2) Dont add the site to google webmaster tools..dont ask me why, sometime it just helps delay google connecting the dots to what your up too

GHOST RANK, SPEED RANK,etc .. (often the SAPE inspired services are the highest power, fastest ranking....)
4) Wait a few weeks and start making some money...
5) Once this site gets de-indexed... could be a couple of weeks, could be a couple of months... clone the site to a new domain, and 301 the domain that just got de-indexed to this new site.

Build a site, throw every BH technique at it, site Ranks you Bank.
Once it gets penalised or de-indexed ditch it and repeat the process with a new site.

The aim is to rank fast and cash in.

It work's but I would suggest learning the basics before attempting it.

Yes, not an issue. Unique and valuable content is never penalized, penalty is only for domains. Once deindexed, you can reuse your content.
 
The domain doesn't even need to be deindexed to use the content again. Just take it off the site it's currently on and put it on the new site. It will rank, no problems.

You can start using the content, once the old domains URL's are completely wiped off from Google.
