content foundry help

Hello guys, anyone use content foundry to scrape article content? i use this toy around 15 days and still can not figure it out completely.

1. when i scrape article with keywords "samsung galaxy" and all engines. Total around 400 articles were scraped. Is it normal ? I think it should be much more. There are many messages in the log " failed, unable to read data from the transport connection........." . I use cheap semi shared proxies.

2. I scrapped and the articles were save automatically in my desktop file with text format. It seems that the articles are not spun yet. Can "content foundry" spun itself or not ? how to set it ?

I contacted the CF support and got no luck to receive any reply from them. :sad:

I'm having problems with the software too. I can't get it to scrape properly. It crashes after about 16 or so articles scraped. I submitted a support ticket 4 days ago and I have not received any help. Super unimpressed.... too bad, looks like I need to cancel.
