Grab the safe URL by copying the link address with a browser using a foreign IP. This will show you the safe/white hat page they used to get their ad on there with solid quality score. Now it's not 'that' easy to just rip it, unless you're a specialist you're going to have to get some advice on what they could have done to assure the keywords and targeting makes their quality score go as high as it does to get the first page (assuming that's your goal).

But you can just copy their content if you're good at that. Depending on your cloaker (Let's say Fraudbuster) you wouldn't need to copy the white hat site. Just use their simple code that redirects. However it depends on the cloaker you're using. If not you can just follow the same steps regarding copying a safe site.

If you're conflicted on that. I'd recommend using Leadpages' PPC 2.0 page which they have if you're willing to pay for that service. It has the best format for solid landing pages regarding quality score.

You buy a proxy somehwere (could be on the BHW forum) and request an IP from some random country if they have them available. Mostly because people with cloakers generally have geo-redirecting and it's the safest bet that some random place no one advertises to will not be included in that filter.

In my case, I'm lucky to live where no one advertises to, so I have to use a USA IP just to even see the ads but don't have to worry about scoping out accepted pages.
