So if I outsource the content how much should i pay? Maybe fiver iwriter?

I suppose that it cannot be cheaper than $2 per article so for 10 web 2.0's i would need at least $20 which could be expensive for a low volume MNS which would probably earn less than 10 bucks per month.

If you need content to pass moderation, then scrape an article, rewrite all of the sentences twice and spin it on the word level using word AI.

You can easily do a 500 word article in less than an hour using this method, and it will be good for at least several hundred outputs.

OP, I wouldn't suggest you to use spun article for tier 1, must use fresh and unique content for tier 1.

By spun do you mean auto-spun? Anyway auto-spun is no good even for T2.
