Is article builder decent for tier 1 web 2.0 content? or would you stick to getting a writer?

Stick to outsourcing a writer for tier 1 if the site is important enough. Spun content for first tier is just too risky at this point of the game. You can pay $1.50/100 for semi-decent articles that will ensure long lasting live links that won't stick you with a manual penalty.

Where can you find 100 articles at this price?

AB is really a cheap solution for pre-made content. You can get the fresh content this way,,
get an article from AB >> spin it through WordAi (turing plan) = Unique Content

My tier 1's consist of high quality readable content. Most of my spun articles come from tier 2's and 3's.
