I did, but there is a big difference between a very good SEO article and a good writing for sales pages.

Check out iwriter. If your not happy with a piece you can ask them to write again or reject it and lose nothing. For sales copy I would recommend paying the top level.

Check Elance, iWriter, Freelancer, or the BHW Marketplace. If you want quality content (of course you do! It's for your money site!) then you should be willing to pay good money.

Any freelance site is good for finding a quality writer. Some time back, even Constant Content was the place for articles. Though I have not purchased anything from them in awhile. So I can't speak as to the current article quality.
