content creation is a broad topic.
What is your niche?
For mother-child niche usully the mother acc takes time to create content of good amount and x amount of future amount. So it can show that it has content + it can schedule more post so it can show as active one.

And with the child accounts? What should I post? Content related to the mother account??

What exactly do you mean when you say quality? It can be the type of content, the quality of the pictures or anything. Can you be specific?

It sounds like you mean: unique content creation for both accounts is difficult because it requires a lot of time.
So I suggest trying to mix in some downloaded content from similar accounts w similar niches, it will lessen your workload. Maybe only do this on the smaller account though.

See, if you are talking about the graphic content, it would be great if you use Canva (only if you do not know how to use PhotoShop). The design ideas you can get from websites like Freepik and Shutterstock.
